Port Denarau Marina, Fiji’s premier marina facility joins Leadership Fiji’s family of partners again. Port
Denarau Marina was a partner of Leadership Fiji back in January 2020 as its first partner from the tourism
industry and has since signed up again this year.
Port Denarau Marina is the hub of the integrated Denarau Island Resort and is the gateway to exploring
the idyllic sun-drenched tropical isles of Fiji’s Western Division.
Port Denarau Marina’s Chief Executive Officer, Cynthia Rasch said “We are thrilled to once again partner
with Leadership Fiji and support the development of Fiji’s leaders. Leadership Fiji plays a crucial role in
nurturing leadership skills and promoting collaboration across different sectors. We believe in the
importance of investing in our future leaders and are proud to be a part of this meaningful initiative.”
Port Denarau Marina has been supporting Leadership Fiji with their site visits during participants tourism
industry session over the last seven years.

The Program allows participants to explore their own values, philosophies, prejudices, and beliefs
through a variety of issues offered by the program and offers direct interaction with current leaders
across the private sector, civil society, and Government. It also has a community of aspirational leaders
who aim to advance business and commerce in Fiji to a new height.
Leadership Fiji has evolved over the years, with a strategic vision to establish a Leadership Academy for
Fiji and the Pacific and to expand its offering of leadership programs across all levels of society.
