Paradise Beverages and Leadership Fiji, both recognised as market leaders in their market, are pleased to unveil the next phase of their ongoing partnership. This collaboration signifies a renewed dedication to cultivating and empowering the leaders of tomorrow.

Sharyne Fong, Chief Executive Officer of Leadership Fiji, expressed her excitement about the ongoing collaboration, stating, “We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Paradise Beverages. As Leadership Fiji plans to grow and establish a Leadership Academy for Fiji and the Pacific, the commitment from our partners becomes even more significant to our success. This continued partnership will provide much-needed resources to ensure the sustainability of Leadership Fiji and its programs.”

Leadership Fiji offers unique leadership development programs that emphasise values-based leadership and experiential learning. Through their initiatives, they aim to cultivate a new generation of leaders equipped to tackle the challenges of today and tomorrow.

Reflecting on his experience as a participant in the 2023 Leadership Fiji program, Maleli Varawa, Paradise Beverages Team Leader – Continuous Improvement, shared, “The Leadership Fiji program offered me invaluable insights into effective leadership and community engagement. I learned the importance of empathy, collaboration, and integrity in leadership, and these lessons continue to guide me in my professional and personal endeavours.”

Looking forward to the upcoming 2024 Leadership Fiji program, Josefa Rigamoto, Paradise Beverages Manager -Facilities & Security, expressed his anticipation, stating, “I am excited to embark on this journey of self-discovery and growth with Leadership Fiji.
