Leadership Fiji is proud to celebrate its 24th anniversary, marking nearly a quarter of a century of empowering leaders and driving positive change within the Fijian community. Since its incorporation on 6th February 2001, Leadership Fiji has become a cornerstone of leadership development, fostering a diverse network of influential leaders committed to enhancing the socio-economic fabric of Fiji.
Over the past 24 years, Leadership Fiji has made significant strides in cultivating a new generation of leaders equipped with the skills, knowledge, and passion to address Fiji’s most pressing challenges. Through a comprehensive program that includes workshops, mentorship, and community projects, participants are given the tools they need to make a meaningful impact in their respective fields.
There have been numerous community projects and initiatives spearheaded by its Leadership Fiji program participants, Alumni, and more recently with the establishment of its philanthropic initiative through the Leadership (Fiji) Foundation. These projects have ranged from community development initiatives, environmental conservation efforts, to animal welfare, all aimed at improving the quality of life for all.
As Leadership Fiji looks ahead to the future, the organization remains committed to its vision of developing and enhancing the quality of leaders in Fiji who will continue to contribute to the nation’s progress. Plans are underway to expand the program’s reach and introduce new initiatives that address emerging issues and opportunities within Fiji and the Pacific, and this includes the introduction of the student leaders’ leadership training, the Executive Leadership Program and establishing a Leadership Centre.
Leadership Fiji has seen the impact of its programs as individuals amongst their Alumni now hold prominent roles in Government, private sector and the community.
