BSP Financial Group made up of the Bank, BSP Life and BSP Finance has increased their level of support
to platinum partner of Leadership Fiji.
Leadership Fiji, an independent, non-partisan, non-aligned entity that began in 2000 focuses on assisting
emerging leaders cope with the demands of an ever-changing world and help Fiji optimise its full
potential. Leadership Fiji’s vision is to develop and enhance the qualities of leaders in Fiji.
At the press conference today, BSP Life’s Managing Director speaking on behalf of the BSP Financial
Group said, “We support the nurturing and empowering of the next generation of leaders in Fiji. This
program aligns with our core value of Leadership, where we endeavor to inspire, change, live our values
and lead by example. We look forward to seeing the participants of this program grow in their leadership
journeys and to seeing their contribution to national development. We also acknowledge the
commitment of Leadership Fiji to this worthy cause.”
Leadership Fiji Board Chair, Mr. William Parkinson said “Leadership Fiji is thrilled to have BSP Financial
Group continue their partnership. Partnerships such as this contribute to the Leadership Fiji core
program’s development, delivery, and sustainability. As a Fijian not for profit organization our survival is
dependent on a diverse group of partners, largely from the private sector.”
The Leadership Fiji core program is a 9-month program that allows members to explore their own values,
philosophies, prejudices and beliefs through a variety of issues offered by the program; provides close
interaction with Fiji’s leaders in the private sector, non-governmental organizations, government
ministries, youth and faith-based organizations.
Applications for the 2024 Leadership Fiji Program intake will commence on Friday 1st September 2023
and will close on Thursday 30th November 2023.
