Leadership Fiji hosted a successful workshop with the theme Leading with Purpose, on Friday 17th May 2024 at Novotel, Nadi. The workshop attracted close to 50 participants from various organisations across Fiji and mainly west based, who were all eager to enhance their skills and knowledge on leading their team and organisation with a purpose.
Following the overwhelming success from the Suva workshop held in October last year at Holiday Inn Suva, Leadership Fiji was excited to announce the expansion of the impactful series to the western region. The first Leading with Purpose workshop received enthusiastic feedback from participants and demonstrated a strong demand for further sessions.
This workshop targeted those that wish to unlock their leadership potential and create a lasting impact on their team and organization. It is a perfect opportunity for those that want to lead with authenticity, clarity, and purpose. Attendees participated in interactive activities and discussions designed to provide practical insights and actionable strategies.
