Leadership Fiji has today announced their new partnership with Kontiki Finance Limited and are very
excited to welcome Kontiki to their family of partners.
Kontiki Finance Limited is a Fijian majority owned company established in 2015 to provide Fijians with
competitive and accessible financing for both consumers and Small to Medium size businesses. As a
business, they understand that great leaders empower others, exhibit humility, possess self-awareness,
stay authentic, garner credibility, focus on relationship-building, present themselves as constant and
consistent, become role models and are fully present.
Part of growth as a leader involves asking questions about how to best delegate tasks and lead different
groups of people. As they gain experience, they become more aware of their strengths and ask others
how they can best leverage them in challenging situations.

is a management approach in helping set strategic goals for an organisation, while motivating individuals

Leadership Fiji is an independent, non-partisan, non-aligned entity that has been in operation for 22
years and has had over 500 Alumni who have gone through our 9-month program. The Leadership Fiji
Program is aimed specifically at assisting our leaders to cope with demands of the ever-changing world
so that Fiji reaches its full potential. Our core program brings together emerging leaders from across the
country and this year we have a total number of 30 participants from dynamic backgrounds.
