Holiday Inn Suva has renewed its strategic partnership with Leadership Fiji, continuing as the official venue partner for their 2026 Executive Leadership Program. This collaboration reaffirms Holiday Inn Suva’s dedication to leadership development in Fiji, providing a professional and centrally located space for the Executive Leadership Program’s key events while supporting the continued development of leaders across Fiji.

This partnership renewal is especially significant in Leadership Fiji’s 25th Anniversary year. Since the partnership began, Holiday Inn Suva has played an important role in supporting Leadership Fiji as a central meeting place for its programme participants, alumni and partners.

Mohammed Feroz, General Manager of Holiday Inn Suva, shared:

“At Holiday Inn Suva, this partnership is more than providing a venue — it is an investment in the people shaping the future of Fiji’s organizations, communities and economy.

Guided by IHG Hotels & Resorts’ core purpose, ‘True Hospitality for Good’, and our sustainable initiative, ‘Journey to Tomorrow’, we are proud to provide an environment where leaders can connect, challenge their thinking and strengthen their ability to lead with purpose.

As Leadership Fiji celebrates 25 years, Holiday Inn Suva remains committed to supporting the Executive Leadership Programme and contributing to a strong, resilient leadership pipeline for Fiji.”

Leadership Fiji is an independent, non-partisan, non-aligned entity that has been in operation for 25 years, with a network of over 600 alumni, and has continued to grow over the years, with a vision to establish a Leadership Centre for Fiji and the Pacific and to expand its programs across all levels of society.

Sharyne Fong, Chief Executive Officer of Leadership Fiji, acknowledged the partnership, stating:

“Holiday Inn Suva’s ongoing support throughout the years has allowed us to facilitate spaces where leaders can engage and develop. As we mark 25 years of Leadership Fiji, we are especially grateful for partnerships such as this, which highlight Holiday Inn Suva’s commitment and belief in our vision to develop and enhance the quality of leaders in Fiji.”

The FNPF-owned IHG Fiji Hotels — comprising InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, Grand Pacific Hotel Suva, and Holiday Inn Suva — have also collectively supported Leadership Fiji’s Executive Leadership Programme since its inception in 2024, as well as its one-day leadership workshop, Leading with Impact.
