The Foundation is built on the core belief that “leadership is action, not a position.” It serves as a bridge between Leadership Fiji’s high-level training programs and tangible community development. By mobilising resources and funding, the Foundation empowers individuals and organisations to address Fiji’s most pressing social and economic challenges.
Objectives
The Foundation’s primary mission is to establish, empower, and equip exceptional leaders to create a more just and successful society. Its specific objectives include:
- Community Empowerment: Funding and facilitating projects that help communities become self-sufficient.
- Alumni Engagement: Providing a platform for over 500 Leadership Fiji Alumni (LFA) to apply their skills in real-world service.
- Scholarship Provision: Offering financial support for disadvantaged individuals to participate in Leadership Fiji programs.
- Philanthropic Networking: Cultivating a network of local and international donors to support life-changing developments in Fiji.
