The Leadership Fiji Secretariat and Western Leadership Fiji Alumni members in conjunction with the Ministry of Education, proudly organized and facilitated a transformative Leadership and Communication Workshop on Saturday 20th July 2024, bringing together 120 student leaders from 20 schools across the Lautoka, Nadi area.

Leadership Fiji extends its thanks to Swami Vivekananda College, for being the host for the workshop and to Fiji Water for keeping their facilitators hydrated.

This workshop was aimed at equipping these young leaders with the essential skills needed to navigate the complexities of modern leadership and communication.

The program was designed to provide practical insights and hands-on strategies for effective communication, conflict resolution, serving others and team building.

At Leadership Fiji, our goal is to create an engaging and impactful learning environment, and it’s gratifying to see the benefits these students gained from the workshop.

The students engaged in various activities and group discussions, all aimed at enhancing their leadership styles and communication skills. The workshop also provided a valuable networking opportunity, allowing those who attended a space to connect with their peers from different schools to share their experiences and challenges.

Leadership Fiji remains committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development among leaders in Fiji. This workshop is part of a broader initiative to equip the next generation of leaders with the tools they need to inspire and drive positive change within their schools, communities, and future careers.
