This NEW Leadership Fiji Masters Program requires participants attending approximately 1.5 days every 6 weeks (overall covering 9 days) from February to August. It is designed to allow flexibility for the busy executive leader in mind whilst offering a unique leadership experience. It is aimed specifically for those who wish to:

• Know more about Fiji, its people, culture and key sectors to gather an appreciation of the richness and diversity of our country;
• Know more about themselves;
• Expand their network; and,
• Enhance their leadership capability.
